Q: Do I need an appointment to look at wedding gowns and accessories?
A: Yes, our boutique is by appointment only. With an appointment we are prepared for your visit and you are guaranteed a fitting room to try on your selections since our place is small and intimate. To schedule an appointment, please contact us at 415-861-GOWN (4696), or request an appointment online. Please allow at least one hour for your appointment.

Q: Should I bring in pictures from magazines of gowns I like?
A: Yes. Definitely bring some pictures of styles you are interested in. This will help your stylist to assist you much better to find your special gown.

Q: Who should I bring with me to my appointment?
A: When shopping for a wedding gown all the experts advise not to bring too many people. Bring one or two people who are close to you and that will give you their honest opinion. In the end the only opinion that truly counts when picking a wedding gown is YOURS! You will be the center of attention at your wedding. You are the only one who will know when you have found the gown of your dreams. Also, since we are a small and cozy boutique, we are not able to accommodate large groups.

Q: Can I bring children to my appointment?
A: A child’s safety is our highest priority. We encourage you to make other arrangements for them unless they are being fitted for dresses when you make the appointment. When shopping for that special gown you need to be able to focus and concentrate without distractions. A bridal salon is not a fun place for kids and they will get bored very quickly and distract you and other brides from this important decision. A bridal salon is also NOT a safe place for children due to loose pins and other hazards.

Q: What is a Trunk Show?
A: Since our bridal salon only carry a few gowns from a select group of designers, trunk shows allow our customers the opportunity to see and try on gowns that they wouldn’t ordinarily see at our store. Trunk shows are by appointment only and they last from one to three days before we send the gowns back to the designers!

Q: What is your average price of a wedding gown?
A: Our bridal gown lines range from $500 to $4000. Because our gowns are available Off-The-Rack only, you can find some amazing deals when you go through the racks.

Q: Are your gowns available to order or are they Off-The-Rack only?
A: Our gowns are Off-The-Rack only. Feel free to either call or email to check on our size and color availability.

Q: Do you have any seamstress recommendation for my alterations?
A: Yes, we do have a list of expert seamstresses we can refer you to.  Alterations are by appointment only.
